Actors Lily Collins and Jennifer Saunders host the new The Moomin Phenomenon podcast.

An English-language podcast was made about Tove Jansson’s beloved Moomins. The Moomin Phenomenon -podcast hosted by popular Actors Lily Collins and Jennifer SaundersMoomin Characters Oy Ltd says in his announcement.
Emily in Paris Collins, known for the hit series, tells in the opening episode of the podcast how he found Moomins in his life.
– I got to know the Moomin stories and their magical illustrations while growing up in the English countryside. You can learn a lot from Tove’s texts about equality, respect for nature and adventuring outside your comfort zone, Collins says in the release.

Collins reveals that she also started her husband by Charlie McDowell with collecting the Moomin collection. They protect the collection with passion.
McDowell arrives in Finland this summer to direct Tove Jansson Summer book-the film to be made from the work.

Saunders says that he noticed while recording the podcast that people all over the world love Moomins and especially Tove Jansson.
– People who are not familiar with the stories might think that Moomins are only for children – and they are wonderful children’s books, of course – but I discovered the books myself as an adult and fell in love with their philosophy and charm, says Saunders.

The Moomin Phenomenon -podcast also features an actor as a guest star Samuel Westdirector Jakob Höglund and a writer Philip Ardaghwho also tell about their own Moomin memories.
