The horrible rumors that have been spread about Gordon’s dogs are not true. They did not end up in an animal shelter in Dubai at all, says his manager. “They’re just home!”
Private star journalist Jan Uriot has been drawing attention to the status of Gordon’s dogs for several weeks now. He finds it very suspicious that we never hear anything about it again, while we really saw those pets continuously in the beginning. The entertainer must come up with a statement, said the showbiz connoisseur in his section What Does Jan Think.

To make matters worse, the gentlemen of GossipPraat also started to get involved. They came out yesterday with a horrible rumor about the dogs. “We have heard from Dutch people living in Dubai that Toto and Rocco have been taken to the animal shelter in Dubai,” says presenter Jan Roos in the program.
Why? “Because it became too expensive to have one continuously au pair because he had that for the dogs. Look: that Gordon… Things are not going well financially and that is why he is going to sing again in the Netherlands. He’s lost all his contracts, he’s lost his money.”

At one point Jan went so far with his claims that it became a bit unbelievable. He even talked about the fact that the dogs are no longer alive. “At the animal shelter in Dubai, dogs that are not picked up by their owners after three months are given an injection.”
And: “The chance that Toto and Rocco are dead is almost one hundred percent, so that dirty wet neck has bought those dogs for attention and they are probably dead now, murdered in Dubai.”

That is complete nonsense, says Gordon’s manager know today. “Toto and Rocco are in great health and just at his house!”
Why Gordon doesn’t share anything about his dogs anymore? “Gordon no longer shares images or information about his dogs as this could lead to the purchase of this breed being under serious scrutiny.”
