Exhibitors at the Hoogeveense market will pack their things earlier tomorrow than usual on Saturday. Due to the expected high temperatures, the market on the Hoofdstraat will stop at 2 pm.
Normally, the market vendors stop at 5 p.m. on Saturdays. Tomorrow it will be tropical again. That means temperatures above 30 degrees Celsius. It will be about 32 degrees, but in built-up areas such as in the center of Hoogeveen, it can be even warmer.
Tropical temperatures are also expected on Sunday, but it will cool down slightly from Monday.
