RTV Drenthe reports live today from the Stadsfestival in Hoogeveen. We are present on the festival site with a special studio.
The broadcast is from 2 p.m. to 11 p.m. and can be followed on Radio and TV Drenthe. Only on television do we switch to our regular news broadcasts between 5 p.m. and 7 p.m.
The report of the City Festival is presented by Ruben Kooren and René Steenbergen. “Our broadcast is mainly about the atmosphere,” says Steenbergen. “But we also have interviews with the performing artists.” In addition, another game is played. “We do that with festival visitors, they can win big prizes.”
There are plenty of well-known musicians coming to Hoogeveen today. For example, Bouke & The Elvis Matters Band and Suzan & Freek will perform. MEAU, Jett Rebel and Broederliefde are also on stage. You can find the complete line-up here.
