Homes evacuated due to fire in restaurant in The Hague

The fire brigade in The Hague has evacuated about ten homes due to a fire in a restaurant on Rijswijkseweg. The fire has spread to homes above the eatery. One person was injured and taken to hospital. Another was checked on the spot, a spokeswoman for the fire service said.

The security region speaks of a fierce fire. It is unknown if anyone was in the restaurant when the fire broke out.
