There was a lot of pressure on the shoulders of Fred Kerley as the favorite in the king’s number. But the man, who so successfully transformed from 400 to 100 meter runner during the pandemic, won the final thanks to his strong final meters. Marvin Bracy and Travon Bromell rounded out the American party by taking the silver and bronze.
