Based on the French format Chasseur D’Apartment, the program returns to the real estate markets of Milan and Rome which will see, from time to time, three professionals from the real estate sector compete which have conquered both TV and social media. In each episode, after having collected the indications of rather demanding customers, the professionals they start looking for the ideal home, aiming to defeat the proposals of other colleagues.
Each of them then accompanies the customer for a visit to the property, while the other two colleagues comment inside the program’s van, located nearby, revealing behind the scenes and tricks of the trade. Whether it’s a two-room apartment, a terraced house or a penthouse with a view of the city, the winner of the bet, winning the cash prize, will be the one among the three agents who convinces the candidate buyer the most.
New this season is the expansion of the competition well beyond the Roman and Milanese borders: on the one hand, Gianluca, Ida and Mariana will have to win over potential buyers by traveling around Northern Italy. With real estate requests to be satisfied also at Turin, Parma, Bologna, Genoa, and Lake Garda.
