Hollywood remembers Kirstie Alley after her death

Upon hearing the news of Kristie Alley’s death, her ex-husband Parker Stevenson has paid tribute to the mother of his children with a touching post on Instagram.

“Dear Kristie, I am so grateful for our years together and for the two incredibly beautiful children and now the grandchildren that we have,” has written next to an image of the interpreter holding on to his shirt while smiling at the camera. “We will miss you. Likewise, two great stars of that same series, Ted Danson and Rhea Perlman, have expressed their sadness. “I was on a plane today and I did something I rarely do. I watched an old episode of ‘Cheers.’ It was the episode where Tom Berenger proposes to Kirstie, who keeps saying no even though she desperately wants to say yes . Speaking of their personal bond, Curtis continues: “She helped me buy onesies for my family that year for Christmas. We disagreed on some things, but we had a mutual respect and connection. Sad news.”

Tim Allen, who shared the lead with Alley in the 1997 film ‘For richer or poorer’, has also taken to the networks to show his regret: “A sweet soul. Sad, sad news. Prayers for all his family,” he tweeted.
