Schiphol – What should have been a nice quiet holiday on an idyllic body of water in Italy ended in total chaos and a huge disappointment at Schiphol. “I am completely exhausted with a major headache”, sighs Marcel van Oss after a day of misery in line at the national airport. “The suitcases are in Nice, but we are back at home,” he says with a deep sigh.
