Hoffenheim professional Samassekou allegedly involved in an accident

Thanks to the high salaries, many Bundesliga players can afford expensive and fast cars. But as is well known, you can only rarely drive fast with it. Nevertheless, some are testing the limits – and exceeding them.

Diadié Samassékou from TSG Hoffenheim was apparently involved in a minor car accident. According to media reports from “Heidelberg24” and “Bild”, the midfielder drove his Lamborghini too fast on a federal road on Wednesday on the way to training and endangered several cars, grazing one of them.

The driver of that car is said to have been medically examined due to multiple injuries. Both Samassékou’s sports car and that driver’s car were towed away. According to “Bild”, the damage amounts to around 40,000 euros. The 26-year-old had to give up his driver’s license.

TSG Hoffenheim has not yet issued a statement on the incident.
