The European Union will not take any punitive measures for the time being to affect the supply of Russian natural gas, oil and coal, says Foreign Minister Wopke Hoekstra. The Netherlands is not in favor of that either, because not every country can do without Russian fossil fuels in the short term, says Hoekstra.
