At IKEA Delft you will find that day An photo booth at the entrance. If you have your picture taken with a Christmas sweater, you donate 10 euros to charity via IKEA Delft. How does that work? After having your picture taken with your biggest smile and sweater, hang one of the copies on the notice board. IKEA Delft donates 10 euros to Save the Children for every photo. Top!

Different than usual
It is not only the customers who contribute in this way. Even if employees show up to work wearing the wrong Christmas sweater, IKEA Delft donates the same amount. So you may once come across an employee in a different outfit than the usual one. Nice! Don’t worry, you can still recognize them by the blue button with yellow Hey! on top.
Evening of lights in Delft
Save the Children is not the only cause that IKEA Delft supports. Even more? Of course! On Tuesday evening, December 12, Delft celebrates the Evening of Lights. At the Christmas market you will find three stalls from IKEA Delft in collaboration with Food and Toy Bank Delft. All proceeds from that evening will go to these two aid organizations. So come and take a look.
