The Swedish fashion group H&M is moving its store to Kaufingerstrasse.

The store, which is currently located at Kaufingerstrasse 18, will in future be just a few houses away – at Kaufingerstrasse 22. The retail space has already been rented, confirmed H&M to FashionUnited’s request. An Esprit store and a New Yorker store are currently located in the property.

The opening of the new store is planned for mid-2023. The flagship store will have the entire H&M range – women’s and men’s fashion, children’s clothing and the Divided line. The store has a total area of 4,500 square meters and a sales area of 3,800 square meters, making the store the second largest sales area in Germany.

In addition to the planned flagship store on Kaufingerstrasse, H&M has another flagship store in Munich on Weinstrasse, one of the many shopping streets in the Bavarian capital. According to the company, all employees are to be taken over from the current branch.
