In the night from Tuesday to Wednesday, an explosion took place in the sun and nail studio ‘Sunshine and nails’ on the Feiko Clockstraat in Oude Pekela.
This happened around 11:30 PM. The police report that no injuries were reported. Because a fire broke out, in addition to the police, the fire brigade also arrived on the scene.
The business premises were severely damaged. The explosion could be clearly heard in the area. Several local residents watched the consequences on the street. Police say no suspect has been arrested yet.
