Today, sixteen American youths are taking the state of Montana to court for robbing them of their future. According to them, Montana is embracing a policy that contributes to the climate crisis and makes a healthy future impossible for them. There are a number of similar lawsuits pending in the country, but this one is the first in US history to actually go to trial.
