Spain’s Catalonia region is once again hit by a “historic drought” – the worst in more than a century. The authorities are therefore forced to take drastic measures. This was reported by the news channel ‘France Info’. A terminal is currently being built in the port of Barcelona to receive two tankers of drinking water every day.
