The US House of Representatives has voted out its chairman, Republican Kevin McCarthy. 216 delegates – 208 Democrats and eight Republicans – voted in favor of the motion on McCarthy’s impeachment filed by radical Republican Matt Gaetz. 210 delegates – all Republicans – voted against. It is the first time in American history that the Speaker of the House has been impeached.
