64-year-old actor Alec Baldwin killed cinematographer Halyna Hutchins with a gun he fired on the set of the movie ‘Rust’, of which he was producer and actor, in October 2021. After the unfortunate event, an investigation was launched and the events remained on the world agenda for days.
“I DON’T PULL THE TRIGGER”
Baldwin became one of the defendants in the lawsuit, which was opened in February following the investigation. After the incident that took place on the set in New Mexico, Baldwin, in his first interview in December, stated on ABC television that he did not admit that he fired the bullet that killed Hutchins, and said, “I did not pull the trigger. I would never point a gun at anyone and pull the trigger.”
HUTCHINS’S WIFE FILED A LEGAL
Despite this, the script consultant for the movie ‘Rust’ filed a lawsuit against Baldwin in November for allegedly pulling the trigger. The final blow to Baldwin came from the wife of Halyna Hutchins.
The wife of the deceased cinematographer also filed a lawsuit against the famous actor, claiming that the actor and those responsible for set security did not do their job and that the accident happened because of this.
RESPONSIBLE INTERVIEW
The famous name interviewed director Woody Allen, who was accused of child abuse and married his adopted daughter Soon-Yi Previn last month. Social media users did not like this interview of Baldwin.
Journalist Emily Miller wrote in a post on her Twitter account, “Alec Baldwin, who shot and killed his employee 8 months ago, is now live on Instagram with Woody Allen, who is married to his daughter.” Other Twitter users also posted, “Alec Baldwin announced that he had an interview with Woody Allen. I think the topics will include the killing of innocent people and child abuse” and “As if it weren’t already hanging by a thread, this interview is a stupid way for Baldwin to completely destroy his career.” He made comments like

After all this, 38-year-old yoga instructor Hilaria Baldwin, who married Alec Baldwin in 2012, claimed in a long post on Instagram that Alec Baldwin’s “enemies were trying to destroy him”.
Hilaria started the post in the post, which featured a black and white photo of herself and Alec hugging in bed, by expressing how ‘wonderful’ it was to be with her husband:

Talking about the behind-the-scenes of his life with Alec Baldwin, the famous name later said, “The dark part is seeing the blows and sacrifices someone has taken for saying what they believe in public and helping others. The enemies of these missions are trying to destroy you to nullify your voice and purpose. This is not a new tactic, it is as old as time itself,” he wrote.
Counting the days to embrace their seventh child with his wife, Baldwin later claimed that this ‘tactic’ was used to ‘slander’ Alec and that the others were aware of this, but preferred to remain silent for fear of exclusion.

The yoga instructor wrote, “I don’t know the end of any of our stories, but I do know that I want to be told that we saw you in life and that we are grateful to you. And we know that using your public voice for good, it carries a great burden and it is difficult. Many people love you, Alec, and We are here to make you feel safe.”
