In the Nazarethdreef in Lier this afternoon, just before 2 pm, a group of walkers was attacked by Asian hornets. One person reacted particularly badly to the attack and even had to be resuscitated. The emergency services called up transferred the person in question to the Antwerp University Hospital. Two other people were taken to the Lierse Heilig-Hart Hospital.
