A high-ranking soldier has been charged in the 2014 disappearance and death of 43 students in Mexico. The Mexican Interior Ministry announced this on Friday (local time). The then commander of the 27th Infantry Battalion in Guerrero State is said to have directly ordered the murder of six young men.
