Drug trafficking, terrorism, robbery, fraud, an Andy Warhol, fake escort ladies – and of course climate glue! This week there are again a number of processes at the Berlin Criminal Court.
Monday
9.15 a.m., room B305: Tanja and Tarkan S. (both 47) are said to have dealt in drugs and doping substances.
9.30 a.m., Room 500: Jakub K. (24) is said to have robbed two people in February and August 2022 who had just withdrawn money from ATMs.
10.30 a.m., Room 1101: Frank G. (62) is accused of negligent bodily harm. The site manager is said to have released a construction site even though there was danger: a worker was seriously injured by a falling steel girder.
1 p.m., room B306: Alparslan A. (29) is said to have traded cocaine and cannabis from March to June 2020 armed with a firearm and thus earned almost 1.3 million euros.
Tuesday
9 a.m., room 456: Miriam G. (34) is said to have resisted the police when clearing Liebigstrasse 34 in October 2020.
9 a.m., room 3002: Matthias G. (59) is said to have been involved in a street blockade by climate extremists from the “Last Generation” group in February 2022.
9.15 a.m., Room 135: Andreas G. (60), a former employee of the Federal Chancellery, is said to have stolen 295,000 euros from 2018 to 2020 with false payment orders.
9.30 a.m., Room 739: Jan M. (35) was sentenced to seven years and nine months in prison for producing and selling drugs. Since the Federal Court of Justice overturned the verdict, the case is now being re-negotiated.
9.30 a.m., room 618: Appraiser Peter N. (68) is said to have significantly overvalued an Andy Warhol painting in consultation with a (now deceased) gallery owner, instead of a maximum of two, the work of art is said to have been valued at 11.5 million euros.
9.30 a.m., Room C103: Stefan K. (42) was sentenced in May 2022 to 120 daily rates of 80 euros for dangerous bodily harm. On the other hand, he lodged an appeal, which is now being negotiated.
Wednesday
9 a.m., room 3105: Aimée v. B. (23) is said to have been involved in a road blockade by climate extremists from the “Last Generation” group in June 2022 and also stuck himself on the street.
9 a.m., room 2007: Hendrik H. (24) is said to have been involved in three street blockades by the climate extremists of the “Last Generation” group in February, March and June 2022 and twice stuck himself on the street.
9 a.m., room 142: Hassan C. (31) is said to have seriously injured a man’s arm with a machete in Lankwitz in August 2021.
9 a.m., room 701: Dilara C. (28) is said to have operated a drug delivery service as a member of a gang from April to June 2022.
9.30 a.m., room B219: Dinh T. (49) is said to have seriously injured his wife in February 2022 in the apartment in Alt-Hohenschönhausen with knife wounds.
9.30 a.m., Room 101: Jan-Hendrik E. (31) is said to have been involved in a road blockade by climate extremists from the “Last Generation” group in June 2022 and also got stuck on the street.
9.45 a.m., room 5109: Daniel E. (22) is said to have been involved in a road blockade by climate extremists from the “Last Generation” group in June 2022.
11.30 a.m., Room 101: Anja F. (42) is said to have been involved in a road blockade by climate extremists from the “Last Generation” group in April 2022 and attached herself to other participants with a steel chain.
12.30 p.m., room 621: Buba B. (25) is said to have traded ecstasy and cannabis armed with tear gas.
1 p.m., room 817: Fabian S. (44) is said to have sexually abused an eight-year-old boy in his Spandau apartment between May and June last year.
Thursday
9 a.m., room 4092: Gregor N. (25) is said to have been involved in a roadblock by climate extremists from the “Last Generation” group in June 2022.
9 a.m., room 101: Wilfried E. (62) is said to have been involved in a road blockade by climate extremists from the “Last Generation” group in June 2022.
9 a.m., room B228: Khodr N. (25) is said to have been involved in a homophobic attack on three people in Wedding in May 2018.
9 a.m., room 142: Kalifa J. (25) is said to have sold cocaine in Görlitzer Park in September 2022.
9.30 a.m., Room 145a (Court of Appeal): Jagar SH (32) and Semsettin E. (30) are said to have supported the terrorists of the organization “Islamic State”.
9.30 a.m., room B219: Hans-Jörg R. (64) is said to have sexually abused his granddaughters born in 2004 and 2012 61 times between November 2008 and May 2019 in Lichtenberg and Steglitz.
9.30 a.m., Room 500: Ali Y. (30) is said to have traded cannabis from April to June 2020 and earned 117,600 euros.
9.30 a.m., Room 739: Michael F. (36) is said to have mobbed, attacked and sometimes injured police officers several times.
9.30 a.m., Room 701: Jihane M. (48) is said to have cheated various mobile phone companies out of more than 360,000 euros in 2015.
9.30 a.m., room 618: Mohamad H. (37) is said to have posed as an escort lady last year and blackmailed potential customers for several thousand euros.
10.30 a.m., room B237: Emir K. (21) should, among other things, coughed at a bus driver in January 2021 who had asked him to wear a corona mask.
11.30 a.m., room 4107: Merle K. (30) is said to have been involved in a road blockade by climate extremists from the “Last Generation” group in June 2022.
Friday
9.15 a.m., Room 504: Louis L. (27) is said to have sold goods online from July 2020 to July 2021, but not delivered them and thus earned more than 90,000 euros.
9.15 a.m., Room 704: Brandon H. (24) is said to have injured a Hertha fan so badly after a football game in May 2022 that he later died.
