Hamburg (dpa) – Hertha’s sports director Fredi Bobic praised Felix Magath as “savior in the right situation” shortly after the relegation.
When asked whether further cooperation was possible, Bobic did not respond. “The team that was lined up today was great,” said Bobic after the 2-0 win in the relegation second leg at Hamburger SV. The ex-professional brought Magath in mid-March as a beacon of hope, and his contract was signed until the end of the season.
