Last night three cars collided on the A7 between Zaandam and Purmerend. Thanks to a heroic truck driver, greater havoc on the road was prevented.
The accident happened near the Purmerend-Zuid exit. For unknown reasons, three cars collided and one vehicle ended up in the guardrail.

A truck driver driving behind the accident did not hesitate for a moment and immediately placed his truck on the road in such a way that other traffic could no longer pass.
Several people were checked in an ambulance. One person was taken to hospital.
