At a construction site on Berliner Allee at the corner of Buschallee, two cars slid onto the track bed on Sunday evening – in quick succession!
First, around 10 p.m., a white station wagon drove onto the tram tracks and got stuck. A little later – around 11 p.m. – a Smart swerved onto the track bed.
Both vehicles were recovered by the BVG or a towing company, nobody was injured.
There was property damage to the cars. Why both cars landed on the rails in quick succession, is unclear – the signage and signs are extensive according to BZ information.
