THEn the occasion of the fifth edition of Festival of non-hostile communication in Trieste, the first free educational and gaming platform for students was presented 11 to 26 years olddesigned and curated by Spaziouau. I assume – born from the experience of Words O_Styles – has multiple goals. Including that of helping young people a recognize their skills.
The lack of matching of labor supply and demand weighs 1.5% of the national GDP
MiAssumo is aimed at young people aged 11 to 26 in several ways. First of all it wants to be a place where students can find stimuli to grow on a human level and as professionals, in order to approach the world of work more easily. How to make this process possible? Thanks to a multi-year training course – structured with class activities, in groups or individuals – to be able recognize their skills.
But not only. The kids will have the opportunity to step into the shoes of many historical figures and modern professionals. They will be spurred on, through some gamesto answer questions such as: “What would Napoleon have done if he had used Whatsapp and Google Maps during the Battle of Waterloo?”.
A help to create the resume
These are all ways to help children understand their potential and, among other things, how to generate your own resume. All thanks to an “ad hoc” trained artificial intelligence inspired by important ethical principles. In short, this platform was born with the intention of overcoming a deficit present in the Italian school. According to a recent study, almost 1 in 2 schools (more precisely 48%) did not provide guidance to their pupils. In 50% of cases it organized it according to offline meetings or with university teachers or at times such as fairs, open days and salons.
Attention to this important orientation process does not only include a desire to guarantee students additional tools for growth and training. To date, in fact, the lack of matching of labor supply and demand weighs 1.5% of the national GDP.

The statements of the Minister of Education
Patrizio BianchiMinister of Education, participated in the presentation of the project, supported by Rosy Russofounder of Words O_Styles. The latter explained: «I know how much Minister Bianchi has at heart the issue of guidance. I can’t help but thank him for participating and for supporting I assume. We have ahead a great challenge: to make young people and adults, parents and teachers, public and private, as well as schools, ITS and universities dialogue with the world of work in a single place and in a different way “.
And he concluded: “MiAssumo is a real project of a Country-System, because supporting the professional training of our students means investing in the future of Italy“.
The Minister of Education expanded the speech by speaking to the audience of the Festival of non-hostile communication (which, this year, has like the crucial issue is that of “choices”): «Words can be moments of union, but too often they risk being barriers and occasions for conflict. We must educate our children in the beauty and pleasure of dialogue, rediscover the possibility of sharing the word. And do it, especially in this terrible period, starting with word “peace”“.
