Mikko Myllykoski is Kärppie’s new sports director.

Oulun Kärpät has hired its new sports director Mikko Myllykoski51. The agreement officially starts on October 1 and is valid until further notice.
The former Kärppien league hockey player has previously worked as a player agent.
Myllykoski played in the SM league in 1992–2005. He won the Finnish championship in Kärpi in the spring of 2004.
After his playing career, Myllykoski worked at Veikkaus, where, according to his words, he handled cooperation matters with the League and the Ice Hockey League. Before becoming a player agent, he worked in sales.
