Here are the new presenters of Morning Milk

The new Aamumilky offers something old and something new.

Radio Suomipop’s popular Aamulypsy program will enter a new era in December, when Jaajo Linnonmaa, who has starred in the program since 2006, will step aside. Linnonmaa’s last Aamulypsy broadcast will be heard on December 22.

On Monday, Suomipop announced Aamulypsy’s new team of presenters, who will start their duties on January 9. Former milkmen Janni Hussi and Tuukka Ritokoskibut they will be joined by Court Musician in the future Ilkka IhamäkiJuuso Mäkilahte and Tinni Wikström.

Mäkilähde and Wikström have hosted Suomipop’s afternoon program until now.

– There’s no denying that the new party is a bit stressful, but the tension is alleviated by the fact that during the past year I’ve already gotten in good contact with the Aamylypse listeners, i.e. the Milkers. I received a really nice reception from them already at the beginning of the year when I toured Jaajo, says Juuso Mäkilähde in the channel’s announcement.

According to Mäkilähti, the five presenters aim to continue the path indicated by Jaajo.

– Morning milking is the most popular and funniest morning show in Finland and we are going to continue it here. We can’t replace Jaajo, but we won’t try either. We also have all our eggs in one basket, so to speak, because as far as I can tell, a combo of so many presenters has never done a morning program before. In the coming years, this gang will surely see many more fast-paced twists and turns. I hope for a long surface and a long line from the employer, says Mäkilähde.

Janni Hussi looks confidently to the future with his new presenting partners.

– This group has a great chemistry together, which we hope will be transmitted to the listeners as well. We are already excitedly planning many different adventures for next year, and I believe that we can build something new in addition to the old and familiar. It was great to be able to learn from Jaajo, a sovereign radio master, for 2.5 years about making radio. Now I’m looking forward to the future! Janni says.

With the new Aamulypsy, there are also a few other changes in Suomipop’s repertoire. Familiar from Suomipop’s evenings Juho Keskitalo moves to host the afternoon broadcast from 14:00 to 18:00. Suomipop is still heard in middays Janne from Saari from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
