Estonia has received its first restaurant with two Michelin stars. No less than 34 recommended restaurants can be found in the new Estonian Michelin Guide.
More and more people travel to Estonia especially for good food. There are restaurant experiences in the country for everyone, even the most demanding tastes, as proven by the new Michelin guide.
The 180° by Matthias Diether restaurant received one Michelin star already last year, when the stars were awarded for the first time in Estonia. In this year’s guide, the restaurant was awarded no less than two stars.
The press release says that the Michelin inspectors were particularly impressed Matthias Diether the skill of the team, but also how the different elements work excellently together. Each highly visual portion of the restaurant is a combination of great technology, skill, elegant sophistication and an understanding of flavors.
For June, the top restaurant’s reservation calendar is full, but there are still tables available for July.
The NOA Chef’s Hall, which received one star last year, also retains its star in the new guide. The restaurant’s kitchen is managed by a chef Tõnis Siigur.
