After tightening the pact with Harun (Ahmet Kayaksen) to bring Dilsah back to Midyat, Azize (Ayda Aksel) has to face sister sultan (Gülçin Hatihan), who after years of silencegives an outlet to his anger. Reyyan loses one of the twins
Meanwhile, Füsun’s plan goes through: Reyyan eats poisoned desserts and feels bad. Azize arrives in his rescuewho asks for help from a passing motorist. The man takes her to the hospital and in the meantime warns Miran. In reality, he is an accomplice of Füsun. In the hospital, Reyyan recovers, but loses one of the twins waiting. Nobody knew that he was pregnant with two twins and, when he wakes up, I miran reassures her because he does not want him to get agitated; Her wife, however, feels that she is hiding something to her.
The trouble increases when in the hospital arrives Füsun, who tries to put Zizzania between Nasuh (Macit Sonkan) and Azize: is certainly the person in charge of Reyyan’s illness.
