About fifty years old and many more difficult experiences behind him, Thomas found himself homeless as if by chance, and struggling with addictions. But it is precisely in Marah that he found the strength to get out of it. He detoxed, entered a housing project for vulnerable people and found a modest job which today allows him to take care of her. Every day, when he comes home for lunch, he cooks for her.

But even though he is no longer homeless, Thomas continues to have many difficulties with caring for his dog. This is why he contacted save the dogs. This is why Save The Dogs opened its branch. Save the dogs, the first help desk for homeless and indigent dogs in Milan

Open since March 5th, this is the city’s first permanent garrison Save The Dogs project “Street friends, Life companions”: dedicated to animals, especially dogs, homeless people and poor families in Milan. «The many people in difficulty will be able to find a dedicated space where they can receive useful materials. Not just food and leash.
