Heleen van Royen does Lindaatje, pushes fake Yvonne off the balcony

After Linda de Mol, Heleen van Royen also shows what she actually wishes for critics in the media world: a bloody ending. She makes a fake Yvonne Coldeweijer have a major accident in her book.

More and more celebrities know how to move with the times in a smart way, but a certain breed of stars cannot get used to the modern age with juice channels, social media and spicy criticism. Last year, Linda de Mol chose to have a look-alike of Angela de Jong crash in her drama series and Heleen van Royen is now copying her.

Starbucks cup

Heleen has written a book about juice, in which an artist manager and a juice queen play the leading roles. That juice queen is very ostentatiously based on Yvonne Coldeweijer. “She literally just put in statements that I make, for example ‘hilaar’ or something like that,” she says in her podcast The Juice Show.

Yvonne had a paid juice chat for a long time and that also appears in the book. “The ‘gossip queen’ there indeed also has a subscription model with ten euros per month. She has an old pink background. That is of course my couch in Amsterdam, when I sit on it. And then instead of a Starbucks cup she has a lollipop.”

From the balcony

Where the fake Angela in Linda’s drama series was hit by a falling studio lamp, the fake Yvonne in Heleen’s book meets an even bloodier end. A spy who has already read the book quits Life of Yvonne: “At the end of the book, YOU are pushed off a balcony and you break all your bones and decide to stop juicing.”

Yvonne: “Are you serious?”

Spy: “Yesss.”

Yvonne: “No, seriously, you’re joking.”

Puddle of blood

No, it really is, says the spy. “No Yv, I’m serious. HAHAHHAHA. The book also starts with that. That someone is lying unconscious on the street in a pool of blood. At the end of the book you find out that that is you. And your mother and brother will be at your bedside in the hospital.”

Yvonne actually thinks this is going far. “WTF. 😳”

IJburg

Yvonne has now tracked down the passage from the book: “Patrick B. from Hilversum arrested on suspicion of attempted murder or manslaughter of 31-year-old gossip vlogger Angel de Vos. De Vos was found unconscious and with serious bone fractures last week next to a residential tower in the IJburg district of Amsterdam. She is still in the hospital.”

Heleen can of course hide behind the fact that it is all fiction, but it is a bit sickening. Yvonne has just moved to Muiden, but previously also lived in IJburg. “I just find this a bit scary actually.”

Too sad for words

Media journalist Mark Koster believes that Heleen has suffered a serious decline. “It’s too sad for words, isn’t it? That someone writes this like this and is so uncreative. I think this is opportunism, easy to profit from.”

Yvonne: “Look, that book, you can see from it that this woman will do anything for attention.”
