– Before we had children, we finished the houses in a day, now we were content to burn the peppers black and continue to finish building the houses at other times. The kids enjoyed the adults going crazy.

– The traditional gingerbread house talks started promisingly when the patterns were already made and pieces of the house were flying into the oven at a steady pace. However, two toddlers helped that a large part of the peppers came out of the oven far too late! Now we wait with excitement to see what kind of laughs we get from these! Mattila writes.

Heikki and Marita Paasonen got married in September. They have held one since 2020. The couple’s first daughter was born in 2021.
