Actress Heike Makatsch (51) is now also giving yoga classes in Berlin-Charlottenburg.
Once a week, she alternates lessons with another teacher, as the yoga studio wrote on Instagram on Friday. Accordingly, Makatsch completed basic training there in 2021. She is currently deepening her knowledge in a postgraduate course.
Yoga has been with her for several decades, Makatsch is quoted as saying in the entry. In doing so, she “found a key to more than just physical health.”
Yoga brings her “closer to her essence”, it helps her “to face the high waves and deep valleys of life more calmly. If I can pass on this ability through practice, then that makes me happy.”
Makatsch himself commented on the Instagram entry with the words: “Thanks for the nice idea”.
