Who threw heavy fireworks at a house on the Orthen in Den Bosch at the beginning of this year? That question concerns the police. The police have therefore shown images of the attack for the first time in the Bureau Brabant investigation programme. It clearly shows how the perpetrator acted.
The attack took place on the night of Friday 21 January. The residents are asleep when they are startled by a very loud bang. Heavy fireworks are the culprit, later research shows.
The damage is considerable, but the fear among the residents is even greater, the police reported Monday in Bureau Brabant. It is still unclear who threw the fireworks. According to the police, it is a targeted attack.
Who threw the fireworks?
Surveillance footage shows the assailant approaching the house while cycling. He stops in front of the house in question, then lights the fireworks and continues cycling while the fireworks explode. The camera shakes violently from the bang, causing a lot of damage.
The police are still looking for the man and hope that there are people who know more about the man or about his motive. Anyone who recognizes the man or who has a suspicion as to why the house was a target is asked to contact the police.
