Violent accident on Landsberger Allee between the driver of a Mercedes and an Audi on Saturday evening!
The two vehicles were driving out of town when the crash occurred just before Rhinstrasse. Apparently one touched the other. The Audi skidded and hit a lamppost with full force.
According to initial findings, two inmates were injured, one of them seriously. The injured were given first aid on site by paramedics and an ambulance and then transported to hospitals.
The police are investigating the exact cause of the accident and are waiting for a specialist company to take care of the badly damaged lamppost. On the Landsberger Allee there were traffic obstructions out of town.
