The host Heat’s all-star Jimmy Butler was the architect of the victory with 41 points, 9 rebounds, 5 assists, 4 steals and 3 blocks. Tyler Herro contributed 18 points, 8 rebounds, and Gabe Vincent added 17. Ömer Faruk Yurtseven did not have a chance to play.
On the Celtics front, Jayson Tatum’s 29 points, 8 rebounds, 6 assists, 4 steals and Jaylen Brown’s 24 points and 10 rebounds could not prevent the defeat.
