Heart patch saves expensive care, reassures patients and is user-friendly (if it sticks)

Philips will soon launch a patch on the market in the Netherlands with an ingenious device attached to it that can monitor patients for a long period of time for 22 cardiac arrhythmias. The system would be much more user-friendly than the current measuring method. Reporter Edwin van der Aa was a guinea pig and noticed little of it in his daily life, but he did notice that intensive exercise with the ePatch is still a thing.
