Hear Troye Sivan’s new single “Trouble” streaming

Troye Sivan has released his new single “Trouble”. The song is a collaboration with American pop singer Jay Som and will also be featured on the soundtrack to Sivan’s latest film project, Three Months.

Singer Jay Som, whose real name is Melina Duterte, wrote on Twitter that she was very grateful to have been part of the song. The single is a sentimental dreampop number. Jay Som also arguably contributed the guitar intro to the song.

At the beginning of February, Sivan announced on Instagram that the song would also be on the soundtrack for his latest film project “Three Months”. In the coming-of-age film, Sivan stars as Caleb Kahn, who has to undergo an HIV test after discovering that the person he slept with on the day he graduated from school tested positive for the virus . The film takes place over a period of three months, which he has to wait to get the test result.
