Job seekers are more likely to agree to work in more flexible companies that combine office and remote work, hire people with no work experience and do not pay attention to the non-business characteristics of candidates. This follows from a study of the hh.ru service (RBC has it).
HeadHunter has compiled a rating of the best employers in Russia based on external data about the company, its internal processes and the results of employee surveys. One of the criteria was the employee loyalty index – employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS), which shows whether employees are ready to recommend the company as a good place to work.
The study involved 1.9 thousand companies and 70 thousand applicants. The eNPS survey was completed by 249,000 employees. The service took into account in the rating 40% of the results of the survey of candidates, 40% of the eNPS survey and 20% of the completed HR questionnaire (20%).
