The Hersbruck men’s fashion specialist Création Gross has appointed a new Head of International Sales.
Dirk Schaal will take up the newly created role of Head of International Sales on April 1, 2024, Création Gross announced on Monday. With the appointment of Schaal, competence in the export business will be expanded and internationalization will be promoted.
In the future, Schaal will be responsible for the expansion of existing international sales channels as well as the strategic development of additional markets. In his role as Head of International Sales, he reports directly to Head of Sales Dominik Gross, who has overall responsibility for wholesale sales in Germany and international markets.

The designated Head of International Sales comes from menswear specialist and former Ahlers brand Baldessarini. According to his profile on the career network Linkedin, Schaal worked as Director of International Sales for the brand, which was founded in 1993, for almost 23 years. He previously worked as an international sales manager at Hugo Boss AG and entered the industry as part of a development program at the Stuttgart fashion retailer Breuninger, according to the statement.
