Head kicker gets maximum community service for kicking an unconscious man

A 21-year-old man from Veghel has been given a community service order of 240 hours for senseless violence. In April last year, the man hit a young man at the bus station in Eindhoven on the face and kicked him again in the head when he was lying unconscious on the ground.

De Veghelaar got into a fight at the bus station near Central Station around half past five when he was approached by a drunk man. He would have attacked him and used racist swear words.

Fist in the face
He became so angry that he punched the victim in the face with a fist. The young man fell to the ground and lay unconscious. The suspect then walked around him and kicked him hard in the head.

And the court blames him very much for that and he is convicted of attempted manslaughter. In addition to community service, he was also sentenced to a year in prison. He will have to serve that if he makes another mistake.

The victim suffered a broken jaw, a swollen eye and a cut under the eye from the assault. Two titanium plates were placed in his face.
