Russian President Vladimir Putin has fired another senior general. Rustam Muradov (50) was “highly likely” dismissed after “exceptionally heavy casualties” in the battle around Voehledar, according to the British Ministry of Defence. Although he has long been portrayed as an “idiot” in the Russian media, he was promoted by Putin last month.
