ROma, 16 needle. (askanews) – Continue to burn Spain. Fires across the country, particularly in the North-West, where the most affected regions are Galicia and Castile and Leòn.
In Gubina, a small Galician village near the border between the two regions, the inhabitants observe the flames that approach and prepare to “fight” them as they can before the arrival of the Fuoxo brigade, engaged in dozens of interventions.
The whole of Spain is on alert for the wave of extreme heat that has been suffocating the inhabitants for days, while the meteorological agency has felt that much of the country is at “very high or extreme risk” of forest fires.
