It seems that Jorik Scholten, better known as Lil Kleine, can resume his career undisturbed after the abuse of his ex-girlfriend Jaimie Vaes. His comeback single Herinnering is a big hit with a record number of 846 thousand streams in one day. And rightly so, says music connoisseur Ronald Molendijk.
“Told you so!”
Ronald says in Show news that he had already expected fans to just keep listening to Jorik. “I don’t want to say: ‘I told you so‘, but I like to say that, because in the end it turns out that all this canceling and continuing to hack at people who do something in music or another art form has little effect.”
The music connoisseur continues enthusiastically: “He has released a new track with Boef together, Memory, and that is the fastest and most streamed track in 24 hours, namely 846 thousand. That’s almost a million.”

Ronald: “Yes, certainly as far as I’m concerned. This also simply has to do with the fact that people a) have not yet been convicted. We can also expand it, we have done that many times before. We are therefore talking about Marco and other people. Even then it remains a very strange phenomenon to me. I just don’t understand the whole principle.”
