Christoph (51) was only 16 when he was knocked off his moped. He ended up in a long coma and still suffers the dire consequences today. “Exactly like Schumacher,” says his father Willy (78), referring to the Formula 1 racer who suffered a serious brain injury on a ski slope exactly 10 years ago. Willy and his wife Elly have been caring for their son for 35 years. “Just when everyone thought it wouldn’t work out again, Christoph squeezed.”
