VakıfBank made its mark in the final of the Volleyball Women’s CEV Champions League. Having defeated Fenerbahçe Opet 3-0 in the first leg of the semi-finals, defeated 3-0 in the second leg, VakıfBank won the gold set 15-11 and reached the finals and was matched with the Italian representative Imoco Conegliano.
