Abbas Gallyamov says Putin will issue Ukraine with an ultimatum. Either conclude a peace deal with gifts for Russia, or continue fighting and risk an attack with a tactical nuclear bomb. Gallyamov is not the first, by the way, he is a Kremlin expert and a former speechwriter for Putin. It is also not the first time in history that the nuclear stick has been pulled from behind the door.
