45-year-old Australian coach Harry Kewell, who also played for Galatasaray for a while, became the coach of Japan’s Yokohama F. Marinos Football Team.
In a statement, the club announced that former Celtic assistant coach Kewell will join the club as manager for next season.
Kewell, who participated in the World Cup twice with Australia and retired from football at the end of 2014, started his coaching career in 2015 and most recently served as an assistant coach at the Scottish representative Celtic until the end of this year.
Kewell played for Galatasaray between 2008-2011.
