The American hardcore band Llorona has separated from one of its members. They announced this news on their Instagram account, which has now been completely deleted. No big deal, you might think, because to be honest not everyone knew about this band.
However, the reason why the group and their previous singer Diego want to go their separate ways from now on is not necessarily one of the classic reasons for separation. And that’s what makes the story so remarkable. According to the allegation, he had been poisoning Sixx, another of Llorona’s musicians, with estrogen for months because he wanted to sabotage his relationship in order to have better chances with his girlfriend.
He mixed it into a pre-workout powder
While the hormone estrogen does not pose a danger when it occurs naturally and plays an essential role in the female menstrual cycle, this does not apply when it is administered to men artificially and, above all, secretly. The hormone is also present in the male body, but in significantly smaller quantities. If these are permanently exceeded, physically and psychologically limiting and even dangerous side effects can occur.
The band also announced that a member of Llorona was suffering from these consequences in their statement, in which they also announced the expulsion of their colleague Diego. They wrote: “We have decided to part ways with our singer Diego because he has admitted very disturbing and worrying behavior towards one of our band members and his partner. “He admitted that he was obsessed with said partner and tried to sabotage their relationship by adding estrogen to the pre-workout powder that he often gets for free from his job and gives away to them.”
Numerous medical bills
“Diego has been trying to force a physical change on him over the last five months. He did this in the hopes that this would give him the opportunity to strike once he looked stronger and more manly in comparison.
