After the 8:2 victory in Grenoble, the polar bears receive a hard smack in the second away game of the Champions League. At the top Swedish club Frölunda Göteborg, our champion lost 7-1.

Inferior to the polar bears in all respects. That was a class difference. After the second third it is already 0:5.

Goalkeeper Tobias Ancicka is replaced. The Finn Juho Markkanen comes in for him. But he can’t change anything either. Last season’s semi-finalists Sweden continue to pull away. The only goal scorer in Berlin is Korbinian Geibel (41st).

And that too: defender Jonas Müller injured his hand.

So there is still a lot of work for coach Serge Aubin until the DEL start on September 15th.
